Welcome to the Poster Presenter section for the upcoming FNDS 5th International Conference. Poster presentations are an integral part of academic discourse, allowing researchers and practitioners to showcase their work and engage in meaningful discussions. Below are details regarding guidelines for poster printing as well as a schedule of the day for presenters. All presenters were notified on which day they are presenting. Please email info@fndsociety.org with any questions.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Poster Size: Poster dimensions are 90 cm (width) x 152 cm (height) or 2.95 ft x 5 ft. Please ensure your poster is taller than it is wide to accommodate European poster boards.
Poster Display: Velcro will be provided to secure your posters to the display boards.
Poster Printing: Please use the company below if you would like your poster to be printed in Verona.

The cost is approximately €15,00 (payment can be done onsite upon withdrawal)

You will need to pick up your poster from the shop. The address can be found here.

Shop Hours:
*FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 08:30-12:30am //03:00-07:00pm
*SATURDAY: 08:30-12:30am//afternoon closed
*SUNDAY: closed

If you would like to print your poster somewhere else and mail it to Verona instead, you can use the address below to ship your poster to Verona.

Poster Presenter Schedule - Sunday, June 9

Schedule for Presentation on Sunday, June 9:

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Poster Setup in Loggiato Hall

Poster numbers will be shared soon the FNDS Website and will be at the Registration Desk in the Palazzo Venue.

12:45 PM – 1:15 PM: Lunch Break provided in Buvette Hall

Please arrive promptly for lunch as Poster Presenters will be served before other attendees.

1:15 PM – 2:30 PM: Poster Presentation Session

Stand by your poster during this time.

5:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Poster Tear Down

Please take down your poster if you would like to keep it. Posters left in the poster hall will not be saved.
