Notes
- In-person Registration: In-person registration is limited. Please register to reserve your spot. All in-person sessions will be held at The Inn at Longwood Medical in Boston, Massachusetts. The option to change to virtual attendance is available through June 5, 2025.
- Virtual Registration: Includes live streaming of the course sessions and access to all recordings (per each speaker's authorization) for the following year. The option to change to in-person attendance is available through June 5, 2025.
- Member Fees: Reduced fees for FNDS members will only be eligible for those paid through 2025 and beyond.

Online registration payments must be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa only). We do not process fax registrations for online registration. Purchase orders and wire transfers are not accepted.
If the online registration form does not match your institution's payment requirements, contact info@fndsociety.org.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be sent to info@fndsociety.org. For a full refund, there will be a 48-hour grace period to send your notice of cancelation. After 48 hours, a $30 fee will be deducted for cancellations. FNDS reserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses. Refund is processed within 30 days of the written cancellation notice.
Meeting registration may be changed to virtual or in-person registration upon request and approval from the FNDS. After Thursday, June 5, 2025, no refunds will be granted for registration.
